Our Strength and Conditioning program is a 60 minute coach lead class. Workouts are constantly varied, and performed at a relative intensity based on your current fitness level! We incorporate Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, bodyweight movements, running, rowing and many more functional fitness movements. Our program, classes and the coaches will guide you through each class with a close eye. Your coach will adjust the workouts to be appropriately challenging for you. This class is great for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness, to athletes wanting to train their body and mind for a competitive sport.
